Line and Shape
For my line and shape project i took most of the photographs around Somerset Berkely Regional High School, however i took the last photo one on my site on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Most of my photography is taken up close, and at a side angle of the object or landscape. My pictures include, a rain drain with autumn leaves lying on top, a small rock wall n the edge of a pond, a brick wall splattered with paint, a ladder to an attic, a green house door, and a fence on the top deck of a ferry over looking Martha's Vineyard. some of my photographs are vertical, such as the rain drain and the latter. However, most of my photos are horizontal such as the rock wall, the bricks, the green house door, and the ferry fence. I considered the rule of thirds in all my photos, moving the focal point from the center third to either side (either left or right.) I think that my photograph of the red brick wall splattered with plaint is the most dynamic of my photos, and leads the viewers eye through the photo.
